Teaming with Campbell & Campbell and Rios Clementi Hale Studios, Suisman Urban Design is currently developing a conceptual master plan for Spring and Main in Los Angeles. These streets connect the Historic Core with El Pueblo and Chinatown through City Hall and the Civic Center. The plan, called the Civic Crossroads, anticipates the planning of the new Civic Park, the construction of the new Police Headquarters, the potential growth of El Pueblo, and proposes links between City, County and Federal projects.
