Suisman Urban Design provided master planning, urban design, and architectural services for a new landmark institution in the heart of historic Los Angeles. La Plaza de Cultura y Artes, a cultural center dedicated to presenting the seminal role of Mexicans and Mexican Americans in development of Los Angeles. Suisman’s work included in-depth historic analysis of the entire historic district and site; a comprehensive campus master plan; and detailed architectural proposals for a new entrance building for the museum.
